Our house is located a few meters from the Dam, 5 minutes from the recreational aqua center and the beach of Aubazines with a magnificent view of the Château de Val. 5 minutes from the small town of Bort where you will find all the shops you need for your stay. Located at an altitude of 789 m and overlooking the town of Bort les Orgues from 350 m, the Orgues offer you a magnificent observatory to contemplate the Monts Dore mountain range, the Artense Plateau, and the Massif Central.

It consists of a living room/kitchen with 1 3-seater sofa bed with 140 x 190 mattress plus a convertible armchair. A fully equipped open kitchen. A bathroom with shower, washing machine, towel dryer. One bedroom with 1 140 x 200 bed. Fenced yard. Parking spaces. Terrace with umbrella and barbecue. New bedding. Super quiet environment. Electric heating and wood insert. Connected to WiFi fiber. 65'' 165 cm TV with streaming platforms and many channels.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Access to all sites and amenities from this central accommodation, or everything can be done on foot. Large accommodation for 4 or 5 people and possibility of baby equipment if needed for the comfort of families. Whether you want to come in summer (lakes, hikes, visits, markets...) or in winter (alpine ski resorts, Nordic, snowshoeing, snowboarding, sledding...) we will be happy to host you no matter the season.
