Holiday rentals with lake access in Borough of Fylde

We stayed over Christmas, gorgeous house, didn’t need to use the car at all, very central location. Lyn was a great host, will definitely book again.

No complaints about the stay and we would definitely stay here again. Host is great and her communication is really efficient.

Second time staying here to visit family. Like a home from home, great value and has everything you need.

Wow, what a location! We enjoyed the lake so much, it was a very peaceful place to stay. The house is warm, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the treat tray was very enjoyable. Altogether a great stay, thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back and watch the beautiful swans again 😍

Exactly as described, lovely and quirky little flat in the heart of Southport. If planning to cook, I recommend bringing whatever pans and pots you need, and don’t forget coffee and milk. Host Maddie was very responsive and when I messaged her about something we needed, she had sorted it within half an hour of me messaging and enquiring.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Slightly smaller than expected but have everything you need. Within walking distance of restaurants and amenities. Car parking is available but spaces are limited although on-street parking is an option (fees apply). Overall, an enjoyable stay. Jo is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

Beautiful spacious apartment, with every need perfectly catered for. From the coffee machine to the keyless entry (great idea) to parking. Comfy beds. Large rooms. Location is great, easy walking to everything in town and perfect to explore further afield. Communication brilliant. Perfect.

Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

Absolutely stunning cottage. Amazing location with beautiful views. Cottage was immaculate with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We had a lovely short stay we used the games room which is a fabulous resource. Garstang is a short drive away if you want to eat out but to be honest if you want a quiet break in beautiful surroundings this is your place. We are already looking at returning next spring 🙂

We had an amazing stay at Patty's Barn, loved the rural location, great for cycling and walking. The accommodation was perfect - clean, well equipped and a good size. Michelle was a generous host, always friendly and ready to offer ideas and recommendations. Our kids, 11 and 13, loved the games room and kept them occupied for hours. We also loved watching the sky divers land at the centre next door!

The place was gorgeous, views were beautiful, the pub ‘The Fenwick’ was lovely we walked to and from. Loved the chickens who stayed right by our side the whole stay! Just amazing. Wow what an incredible stay! This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, and easily my favorite so far. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every part of the property from the cozy bedroom to the charming dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful gardens was thoughtfully maintained and welcoming. We stayed in the Hermitage Cottage, which overlooks the river, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hot tub was ready for us on arrival, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the peaceful walk around the island, surrounded by nature and the calming sound of the river flowing pure serenity. Jerry was the perfect host his clear instructions made everything easy and ensured we had a super comfortable and relaxing stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon, hopefully for a much longer visit. It’s the perfect getaway.
