The cottage is only a 5 minute walk to the train and bus stations with direct links to Manchester and Leeds and Centre Vale Park is only a 2 minute walk. At this pet-friendly home there is off road parking directly outside, in addition to a free car park close by. At the rear of the cottage is a private, enclosed patio area.

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.
