We have a comfy king-size bed in the lower bedroom, and two singles or a double on the mezzanine level above as you prefer, and a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. There are fantastic walks, loads of fascinting local history, independent shops and places to eat and drink. We have a safe space for cyclists to store bikes, too!

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

Perfect for a relaxing break the Barn is situated high in the south Pennines on our Farm between Hebden Bridge and Todmorden. Great walking and fantastic scenery, we are a 10/15 minute drive from Todmorden and Hebden Bridge The self contained space includes: Hot tub, Freesat TV, log burning stove, DVD player, shower, separate toilet, kitchen and laundry facilities. Theres a fenced outside space with hot tub, firepit andbbq. Dogs welcome. Complimentary log basket and logs to buy on site.
