In a word: SU-PER. Great welcome and very good advice; great atmosphere of the apartment with its terrace where you like to sit at any time of the day; great St Clair beach and great environment, the coast as well as the hinterland. A small economic comment: we arrived 2 days after the floods after being reassured by Laurence and Nicolas (thank you again for the late hour exchanges) and, indeed, the media coverage was disproportionate to the local reality. Only a small sector of a neighbourhood was affected (very affected, of course) but most of Le Lavandou is intact and everything is working perfectly working.

We were very well received, the environment is very quiet, and relaxing. A little extra for the coffee bean machine, it's a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Great stay at this villa! Sabrina remained available throughout the stay for our questions. Very nice house, very nice. The house is located 15 minutes' walk from the city centre of Bormes (on a slope). The house is in a private cul-de-sac so we really enjoyed the quiet! To rent this house with small children, you have to keep in mind that it is not very suitable. Steps everywhere, no roller shutter for the pool (an alarm on the other hand is in place). We would highly recommend it!

Cécile impeccably welcomed us and we were entitled to an upgrade, her brand new fully equipped T2 with top bedding. The area is secure and very quiet. Very attentive (as well as her husband), Cécile knows how to receive her guests. We'll be back next year! Thanks

Regine's house was simply perfect. The garden outside, intimate and well maintained, made us spend wonderful evenings between food, music and good wine, which Regine kindly gave us on our arrival. We hope to return one day. (:

Excellent location: feet in the sand on a very beautiful beach of Le Lavandou. Accommodation in a very quiet residence. Private parking, which is very appreciable, especially in busy periods. Pierre is a very good host who responds very quickly to messages and adapts to his guests. Michèle the concierge is also friendly.

The apartment was tastefully and functionally furnished. The walking distance to the beaches and shops was very pleasant. The residential complex was quiet despite the short distance to the restaurants.

The apartment is modern and rationally furnished. Beautiful architecture with a recessed ceiling and a great staircase. The location is great - in the middle of the old village, which captivates with its historic houses, the floral splendour and many restaurants. It is located in a quiet side street, perfect for quiet nights. The communication with Stephanie was great. The garage is another plus. We had a very nice time in Bormes-les-Mimosas. We had a great three-night stay at Brigitte's place. Everything was perfectly in line with the listing: the photos accurately reflect the place, and the accommodation is ideally equipped for two people. At this time of year, the balcony was a real plus: we were able to enjoy our breakfasts and dinners outside, in peace. The residence is very quiet, without any nuisance, and perfectly located: close to shops, amenities, etc. and especially a few steps from the beach, which is a real asset. A big thank you to Brigitte for her kindness, availability and hospitality. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance!

Marie Jo is a very kind, proactive host in communication, accommodating on schedules and available. The accommodation is very pleasant, clean, close to the beach and shops (all within walking distance), in a quiet residence. We highly recommend it!

cute studio, well appointed. It's small but it's all there. The terrace is great, and the view is incredible. La Bergerie beach is at the foot of the residence. We had a great stay, enjoying the sea 100%.
