sehr zu empfehlen, toller Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore, schöne Terasse, ein Parkplatz unten vor dem Haus (nicht die Strasse hochfahren - sehr enge Kurven!) und weitere öffentliche und kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe, für sechs Personen super geeignet, kommen gerne wieder

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Monica! Les photos ne rendent pas justice au logement, qui est absolument incroyable. Les grandes chambres ont des lits immenses, les salles de bains sont top, et je ne parle pas de l’extérieur. De multiples attentions pour nous. Le logement est bien situé pour rayonner. Notre coup de cœur pour les plages a été la plage communale d’Osmate, un bijou! Et la rivière El Fogador. L’environnement est en revanche un peu bruyant en journée avec l’aéroport, l’autoroute et la voie de chemin de fer (mais nos enfants étaient fascinés par les avions qui passaient!), mais c’est calme la nuit. Merci pour tout Monica!

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Siamo stati a Vigevano per un evento e questa casa si è rivelata perfetta per le nostre esigenze, a solo 15 Min in auto dalla città. Pulito, spazioso, tranquillo, in mezzo al verde. Possibilità di gite interessanti nei dintorni e ottimi ristoranti. La nostra host e suo padre sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Consiglio questa struttura.

Vista spettacolare - soprattutto per chi vuole staccare dalla città. Molta luce in casa, peccato la non possibilità di aprire le finestre grandi.

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Die Lage und Aussicht sind einmalig. Erica ist eine äußerst sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ich würde und werde diese Location immer wieder buchen .

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno, Ascona und den See. Herrlich für ein paar Tage Auszeit.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super, Baden im See direkt vom gemieteten Grundstück. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

Sonia e Simone sono stati gentilissimi. Hanno preparato la colazione per noi 8 ragazzi entrambe le mattine e ci hanno dato svariati consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare. Consiglio la loro casa come alloggio per grandi gruppi di persone.

Il soggiorno di 4 giorni "da Valentina", in realtà ci hanno accolto Alberto e sua moglie ;-) , era il regalo di Natale per i nostri genitori e, insieme a loro e alle nostre famiglie, abbiamo trascorso 4 meravigliosi giorni a Crescentino. In totale eravamo in 17 (2 nonni e tre famiglie) e nella casa abbiamo trovato gli spazi ideali. La casa possiede un bellissimo giardino che abbiamo sfruttato parecchio mangiando all'aperto, riposando, leggendo, chiacchierando, studiando, giocando (ping pong, pallone, lancio dell'aeroplano, ...) e facendo attività alla sera. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di trovare già pronte due tavolate con 17 sedie, sia in casa che in giardino. La casa era pulitissima. Alberto e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

Le logement était tout simplement magnifique et parfaitement adapté à notre groupe de 14 personnes. Nous avons pu garer facilement deux voitures dans le parking privé, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôte a été extrêmement accueillant et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Chaque chambre est belle et confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 2 minutes à pied du métro M1, parfait pour se déplacer facilement dans Milan. Un petit guide avec des recommandations de restaurants à proximité est également à disposition, ce qui a été très apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce logement si je reviens à Milan avec un grand groupe. Merci encore pour tout !

Très bel accueil, nous avons passé un très agréable moment avec Miahoua et sa petite fille qui est particulièrement adorable. C’est une hôte chaleureuse et bienveillante. On se sent tout de suite « comme à la maison ». Nous recommandons à 100 %, de plus, l’endroit est juste magnifique.

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

Wir haben nach Ostern ein Woche in der Villa verbracht und hatten tolles Wetter! Die Kinder sind täglich in den beheizten Pool gehüpft während wir gemütlich unseren Café und vor allem die fantastische Aussicht geniessen konnten. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl. Frau Bannwart, die das Haus verwaltet, gab uns zu Beginn gleich ein paar gute Restaurants Tipps und bei Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist eine gute Abkühlung. Die Unterkunft ist funktional eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und man kann relativ schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus und Bahn nach Mailand gelangen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft also für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie gut geeignet und zu empfehlen.

If I could give more stars I would. Me and my family loved it here, the photos do not do it justice at all. It’s absolutely stunning. It was clean, comfortable and just as described. We rented car and easily got to restaurants near by and the ferry. If we had questions we got prompt answers. Wonderful stay,

We had a fabulous 5 night stay in this beautiful house. The views from the terrace’s & balconies over Lake Maggiore were sublime. The kitchen was superbly kitted out, allowing us cook meals. The pool & pool house are the knock-out parts to this lovely house. One cool addition was the car turntable at the bottom of the drive. The restaurants in Suna are a 20min downhill walk. Very pretty village on the lake. Pallanza was gorgeous… Highly recommend a stay here! We celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here. A trip filled with lots of special memories.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

Wir waren da für 3 Nächte, die Lage ist perfekt für Entspannung und Erholung. Das Haus war blitzsauber und super Ausgestattet. Die Eigentümerin hat immer schnell und sehr freundlich auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher alles sauber und bequem. Villa Giorgio war ein kleinen Paradies, danke euch!
