Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!

Clean and cozy. Anica was very nice and welcomed us to the apartment. The only downside is that the garbage needs to be taken out everyday. Otherwise the area is great, lots of things to do around. In the last day we waited for somebody to come pick up the keys, I called the number I had, but there was no answer. We left the keys on the table and got later a text confirmation. This apartment stands out for being very clean and comfy. We loved it.

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Great communication, flexible at check-in, available for any questions and needs, apartment well heated, clean and quite equipped. To be considered for those who rent that are not provided: oil/coffee, body soap/shower shampoo, and servicers. There are paper scraps but they are limited. Outside the house, there is a small shop where you can buy what you need.

Maurizio and Francesca's place offers all the comforts of home, a quiet location, and a home with attention to detail. You have it, I can cook because everything you need is there!

Valeria’s place was a walkable distance to everything in Venice. She and Matteo were very friendly and would gladly stay at their place again!

We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful! We have actually always felt at home and can therefore highly recommend Elena's place! We sincerely appreciate it at this point.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Staying with Connie was easy and comfortable. Connie made sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly. The apartment was as described and functional. We enjoyed our time in Trento!

beautiful apartment, quiet area of peace and relaxation with views of the mountains. Comfortable area to see a lot of places..Bolzano and caress at 30min, Val Gardena and Alps of Siusi 1 hour away, they are less than an hour away. A village to visit even on foot with a few bars, restaurants, supermarket and everything you need. Hugo is very kind and always available for anything. Apartment with everything you need. Bring your personal belongings for the bathroom and kitchen, the bare minimum to eat, we will return!

We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.
