The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.
