Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during closed hours. Historic residence right in the heart of Assisi's old town, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The house features a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Situated on the top floor of an ancient family home in the historic centre of Assisi, a short distance from the magnificent Basilica of San Francesco, “Assisi Al Quattro” is a haven of silence and regeneration, filled with the fragrance of medicinal herbs in summertime: I couldn’t help but falling in love with it. The sweeping views from the large terrace is truly unique, and it is well-worth a visit just to experience it. Everyone is welcome

Chalet Fiastra

Maison en Pierre is located in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. The property covers 140 square metres and is situated above Lake Fiastra. The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1500s and features an outdoor relaxation area in the garden with a hot tub and sauna, all of which are eco-friendly. Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is a surcharge of €15 per night for firewood, which is provided, and €15 per night for each dog.
