Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

One of these pearls is Stora Rör, an idyllic little harbor town on the west coast of Öland. In Stora Rör you will find: • A cozy marina. • Restaurants and cafés with sea views. • Beautiful walking and cycling trails in the large forests of the adjacent nature reserve. • Tennis and paddle ball courts. Stora Rör is also, with its location in the middle of Öland, a perfect base for exploring the island.

Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cabin and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

The cottage is located in the popular Sjöstuge area and overlooks Kalmarsund and Dovreviken. Walking distance to restaurant Bistro Sjöstugan and Farmors café & bistro if you want to eat or drink. Bathroom with 2 large jetties. If you want to go on a longer trip, there is Köpingsvik, Solliden, Slottruinen and much more to explore within cycling distance. There is one more building on the property but no tenant there.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic about 80 meters to the beach. You are close proximity to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility on our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner on Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

You can walk freely in the nature or follow walking trails. Guests enjoy here cause; despite being located in the middle of 10 cottages, there is no view into each other.
