On the first floor a large balcony offers a view over Garda and the Rocca (hill). On the second floor a wide glass window creates a unique environment between the open living room, the terrace, the sky and the lake. 5 minutes walk from the lake, our apartment provides an exclusive permanent parking space.

The guest suite is part of the XVII century villa belonging to the family, in which the owners live. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella classico region, 20km from Verona and 20km from Lago di Garda. The suite has a King size double bed, sofa-bed, kitchen, dinning table and bathroom. There is a separate entrance and another entrance leading to common areas: atrium, breakfast area, living room, library, front and back garden. Parking is on the premises. WiFi and LAN connection.
