Unique location on Öland in Borgehage near Borgholm

The villa is located in the village of Borgehage a few km south of Borgholm with a great view of Kalmarsund. The house consists of living room, kitchen and three bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. There are two toilets with shower. There is also the possibility to rent our guest cottage which contains a room with three beds, small kitchen, toilet with shower. The large garden is secluded and consists, among other things, of a large lawn where play and ball games are possible. There are several patios with garden furniture. A gate leads out to Borgholm's elves and after a walk of approximately 1 km you will reach Borgholm Castle and Solliden Castle. Nearby is also an appreciated restaurant To the village's own small bathing area is about 1 km. If you want to bike, there is a bike path to the small cozy city of Borgholm . To Ekerums golf it is about 1 mile. Bus stop is at about 1 km distance. Good connections with others Öland and Kalmar.

Here it is fresh and bright with new furniture and interior. It is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas, nature and bird sanctuaries. Between this home and the sea, it is a walk of 30-40 min and 3 km. Perfect to walk, cycle or jog to. Here it is a perfect place to explore Öland from. It is located in the middle of Öland Warm welcome here.

Alvaret is available in ten minutes walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling folk life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There's a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the terrace 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. The cottage is located along the old railway which is part of the island trail ( nice footpath and bike path ). Air conditioning at extra cost 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

We liked the accommodation so much that we spontaneously stayed one night longer. Lasse and his wife are very nice and gave us a few tips for excursions. The location is quiet and totally beautiful. About 10 minutes' walk away, there is a swimming spot from which you can also watch the sunset. You can reach Borgholm in a few minutes by car and Kalmar is also not far away. The apartment is spacious, super clean, has a great terrace and is optimally equipped.

Very good accommodation if you are 2 or 3 people. You live very centrally with walking distance to the city center, but it is still very quiet and calm in the area. Clean and fresh. Fresh bathroom, Perfect patio with sun all afternoon. Comfortable beds. Good with parking. Like everything you need except wifi. Can really recommend this home that we would love to come back to.

Ulrika is an excellent host who is very keen for guests to enjoy themselves. The home is in a calm and genuine environment that breathes by the history of the farm. The location was a great starting point for our bike excursions. That the rooms for sleeping rooms, kitchen and a relaxation room with access to a sauna are divided into different buildings did not do us anything. We can understand that guests will be happy to come again.
