Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Studio du Lac is located on the Belle-ferme estate. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic building dating from the 19th century. The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. the apartment offers you a magnificent view of Lake Geneva as well as the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.

Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie (draps retirés, nettoyage vaisselles, toilettes propres, poubelles vidées, aspirateur). MERCI
