The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).

I liked it a lot, I thought the location was very good, the beach of Enseada and Pitangueiras are very close, just under 4km, taking less than 10 minutes by motorbike, without the need to take the highway or dangerous roads, Assaí Atacadista is nearby and there are many options in the centre. The house is very cozy and nothing was missing, I will definitely come back again, nothing to complain about! Good luck to you.

Roberta is a super attentive person, she prepared the apartment with all affection to welcome me, leaving even candy and a handwritten message. It allowed me to check in a little earlier, presented me with the apartment in person and left tips on what to do in Santos during my stay. She always answered all my messages quickly, even before the apartment was booked. Airbnb is very well located, located very few meters from the beach, on the same block as an Oxxo and close to 3 different malls. It is also close to markets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants, bus stops, a laundry, etc. The apartment has the necessary to prepare and store meals, towels, tank, clothesline and other essentials in everyday life. Roberta also offers beach chairs and umbrellas for guests, which is a differential. I definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot, Roberta!

I stayed a week at Alex's place and loved it! It has a really nice view from the balcony, it's very well ventilated, pillows and beds accommodated us well, good Wi-Fi for those who need to work, and the differential is the safety net (essential for me and it's hard to find in rentals). The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot and there are great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. I used the car a few times and there were always plenty of parking spaces in the garage. The employees of the condominium were very nice and efficient. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

We stayed for a month and had an excellent experience. The apartment is very comfortable, with a quality bed, air conditioning working perfectly and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary items. The bathroom is airy and has a great shower. The location is excellent, close to pharmacies, markets and other shops, as well as being on a quiet and tree-lined street. The host, Lucas, was always very attentive, answered all our questions quickly and was always available to help. We highly recommend the stay!

The location is very good, it had everything we needed nearby. I liked that there were towels and bedding available, I found it very thoughtful. It also had two beach chairs and a small umbrella. There's just a shower stall missing in the bathroom, to avoid getting everything wet.

Excellent place to stay here in Santos, a few steps to the beachfront, markets and restaurants. Easy access and very polite and responsive building staff. The Kitnet is super comfortable, and has everything you need for a quiet stay, the Host was super friendly and caring. Excellent, highly recommend.

Our stay was simply spotless! The apartment is wonderful, beautifully decorated, cozy and in a prime location — just steps from the beach, close to excellent restaurants and the mall. A real find! Bed linen was super-smelling and all very clean, which made us feel right at home from the very first moment. The host, Daniele, is a person charm: always very polite, attentive and ready to help with any questions. It was undoubtedly a 1000 rating experience. We want to go back now.

Apartment with a foot in the sand, close to bakeries and supermarkets, it has air conditioning in the suite and in the living room, the host was super proactive and with effective communication, I'm sure we would return the next time we go to Santos! It has a garage that made it a lot easier! I recommend it!

I loved my stay in this space, an excellent place to spend a few days in Santos, close to everything and facing the beach, my husband and I were extremely pleased and even wanting to move there hahaha, we will return for sure!

The apartment is great, everything as described in the listing, Samyra responded quickly to the questions we had at check-in and the building staff were very polite. Everything worked perfectly well in the apartment, the beds were very good and all the utensils were in great condition. I'll be back for sure!
