Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

A short 4 minute walk takes you to a river access where you can fish, play, and tube in the New River.

The cottage features are Open concept Living Room with Sectional Sleeper sofa that can be rearranged in multi functional uses, Gas Fireplace, Fully updated kitchen with eat at Island for 4, Separate Bedroom with a King Size bed, built in closet with desk space, Large Bathroom with walk in shower, 2 Rock Sink basins.
