Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The Cozy Cottage is located in the country side just off 421 on Boone Trail, along the Lewis Fork Creek, in Wilkes County. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cottage is small, only a little over 600 square feet, but just right for one or two guest. The cozy cottage has been in our family for three generations. We live just out of sight, on up the drive. You can enjoy your privacy but if you need anything we are near by. We look forward to hosting you !
