A cozy cabin over looking the Manistee River on a very safe & peaceful private drive. There are many launch sites for rafting, kayaking and canoeing nearby. The cabin is centrally located between Cadillac, Interlochen, Frankfort & Traverse City. Snowmobile staging area, Caberfae & Crystal Mt. ski areas, Hodenpyle dam backwaters, North Country & Manistee River trails are nearby. Being in the middle of the Manistee Nat’l Forest, hunting, hiking and snowmobile / ORV trails are directly accessible. Lakes Cadillac and Mitchell in Cadillac are 20 minutes away. The Pine River and Manistee River are a 15 minute drive for fishing, canoeing & kayaking. This is a very comfortable and cozy house with a newly renovated bathroom.

The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.
