Our stay at this beautiful waterside home was nothing short of magical. The location is absolutely stunning — waking up to the gentle sounds of the water and enjoying coffee on the deck with that view was a dream. One of the highlights of our trip was seeing dolphins swimming right past the house! It was such a peaceful and unforgettable moment. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly cared for with love. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene getaway by the water!

Insa was very responsive whenever we had any questions and attended to our needs immediately. Her place was spotless and cosy and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including small details like electric blanket to keep you warm in bed.

We loved the Bond House apartment. Despite the unusual access across the park it was well worth it once inside. Eclectic stylishly furnished spacious apartment well located for East Newcastle. A well stocked larder and great laundry space if you need it. Bathrooms very modern with heated towel rails and big fluffy towels! Beds very comfy too

A tranquil getaway! A beautiful home on a small property only 10 minutes out of Wingham. The house itself was gorgeous, there was plenty of room for the 6 of us with different spaces to relax and unwind. The kitchen and bbq were perfect, as were the inside and outdoor fires! We’d love to return if the occasion arises! Hosts were also very friendly, very responsive and helpful!

Everything exactly as advertised. Clear instructions. Immaculate. Despite a rainy weekend, the house still felt warm and cozy. It had everything you could need, from a baby cot to a coffee machine, game boards, basic condiments in the kitchen, additional pillows... Loved the heat fittings in the bathrooms. Lovely back view to little forrest. Anthony was clea r with his messages. Totally smooth transaction.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is a beautiful home for a weekend away for one as a retreat or for a family getaway. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach shack! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cozy charm and unbeatable location. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had such a relaxed, inviting vibe. We spent our days lounging on the deck, soaking up the lakeside breeze, and walking to the lake just a stone's throw away. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches, like beach towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a great collection of books for those lazy afternoons. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better getaway. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful spot to recharge and enjoy the beaches, this is the place! This Airbnb is a true gem! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the appliances are top-notch, and every detail reflects great taste. The location is unbeatable, up on a hill surrounded by magnificent tall trees, ideal for bird watching and offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's place. Loved the large deck - great for kids and adults alike. Everything was as per the description and photos on the website. It is a lovely open plan space. Everything you might need is within walking distance supermarket, bakery, Cafe, Golf Club. Playgrounds and of course the beach and river. Hawks Nest is a beautiful place we will be back.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Wow, this garden apartment is fabulous. Arrival was easy & straight forward. On entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment is so spacious, bright & airy and the proportions are very generous. A rare find indeed. The kitchen is lovely with everything you could possibly need. The bedroom is roomy and the bed devine, so comfortable. The bathroom is large & bright with a spacious shower & a separate bath.. There is a well equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool, all on the same level as the apartment.. both well used by us.. We loved it so much that we will make a night stop, room only, on our return.
