Villa holiday rentals in Boomerang Beach

I booked this air BnB for my husband and I to stay at for our wedding weekend, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The whole house was immaculate, and had the most beautiful views! Would definitely visit again!

Joey’s place is in an ideal location in the Nelson Bay Area. Easy walk into town, to shoal bay and little bay with plenty of access to walking trails, bikes trails and local amenities. The space itself is very thoughtfully setup and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic stay ☺️ well overdue holiday. The weather wasn’t the best but we made the most of it ☺️ one of the best fish and chip shops close by. All the shopkeepers are very friendly. My little dog Willow loved the dog park down near the sea. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a great time at this unit, plans changed a bit and we landed up not taking our little dog with but, it would have been perfect for her too as the unit is as pet friendly as advertised. It had all the comforts of home and so well situated to explore what Nelson’s Bay has to offer. Will definitely book again and can highly recommend.

This place was fantastic! Perfectly clean and tidy, with plenty of parking and just a short walk to the beach. I’d absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

Great little place to stay. Very close to town and beautifully laid out inside. Communication around the booking was great, warm and proactive. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again. :)

Mark was very helpful and quick to respond. The information booklet was very useful and had everything we need to know. The villa has everything we needed for our stay. It is very close to beach, cafe and a local grocery shop. Forster main town and beach is a short drive away. Very quiet neighborhood.. We enjoyed our stay at Mark's place.

We enjoyed our stay at Jade Gardens! Communication was very smooth and easy. Great location on a quiet street, just a short walk to the beach and shops. House was basic but clean, and was well-equipped with everything we needed.

We love staying here - it is our third visit. It's a great house, in a great spot with everything needed for a wonderful relaxed holiday.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

We had a relaxing family getaway at Olas villa #5. The villa is spacious, well appointed, with calming neutral decor and everything you would need for a trip away with family or friends. The plunge pool was refreshing after a long hot day of exploring local surrounds. Birubi beach is a short walk away. My family was delighted with their lovely welcome surprise. Jaymie is a thoughtful host and very responsive.

The villa was at a great location being just around the corner from Blueys Beach and the shops, and it was easy to drive to other beautiful beaches and lakes, Forster / Seal Rocks. It had everything one could need, and it was very nice to sit on the balcony in the sun. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

After staying with Ruth for over 2 weeks, I didn't want to leave! It really felt like home in the end. It was awesome to have my own space and bathroom but then be able to use the lovely kitchen. The pool is stunning, the photos don't do it justice! Super safe and peaceful area but accessible to everything in Newcastle. Ruth and I had some lovely conversations and I will definitely stay there again! Thanks Ruth.

We had a great stay in Forster! The house was lovely—very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was just as described. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again

I'm from Germany and if I read "Villa", I expect more than a big bungalow with just basics. The amenities like the buttons for the spa need replacing, the stove wasn't in best shape either as you need to light it up with a lighter, which is provided. The main bedroom with the large bed was in fact two single mattresses put together, not so nice to sleep on the hard edge when cuddling your partner.

Location was great, villa was private and looked the same as the ad. Friendly and helpful staff would definitely go back.

We had a lovely stay at One Mile Ridge. The kids loved the infinity pool & spa! The villa was clean and conveniently located within a short drive of beaches and shops.
