The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

Located near Strasbourg (30 km), Colmar (50 km) and Europapark (7 km), you are on the banks of the Rhine and a short walk from the Rhinau/Kappel Ferry which will take you directly to Germany.
