Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in late summer 2024 and is now ready for rental. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a cape by the Lule river. The cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is outside. Central Jokkmokk, 4 beds

Ett enkelt boende för 4-5 personer nära naturområden. Passar er som vill bo själva, sova i bekväma sängar och kunna värma lite mat. Boendet består av en sovdel, kök och toalett. Dusch finns några rum bort. I köket finns två kokplattor, mikrougn, kyl och frys. Det går inte att steka mat då det saknas fläkt. I köket finns även matbord, stolar, bäddsoffa och TV (endast markbundna kanaler). I sovrummet finns fyra bekväma sängar. Lakan, handdukar och parkering ingår.

Unikt gårdshus där det går att bara ta det lugnt, strosa runt i den vackra omgivningen eller ta ett dopp i sjön! Här finns sovrum med två sängar och bäddsoffa för två, dusch, toalett, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin! En braskamin för lite kyligare kvällar och ett uterum som förlänger sommarens ljusa kvällar! Vi kan även erbjuda en vedeldad bastu mot en extra kostnad! Även städning kan köpas mot en extra avgift om man har bråttom!

Northern Lights exclusive house by the river

This exclusive house by the Luleå river is located 9km outside Boden centrum on an island called Kusön not far from the famous Tree Hotel and Artic bath. The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.

Farmhouse, accommodation with walking distance to ski lift, (about 300m) suitable for the small family. Sheets and towels are not included. Available for rent for 100 SEK/ person, please inform in advance. Extra charge if you want to book cleaning, 1000 SEK. (Washing dishes and garbage should then be cleaned up)
