Excellent family stay with 2 children (1 year and 3 and a half) in this very beautiful house. I can only recommend Laure's house, which is totally suitable with small ones (no stairs, garden, washing machine, umbrella bed and high chair). Welcome gift, impeccable cleaning, garden/ terrace all around the house and beach 10 minutes walk: everything is perfect and thought for a pleasant stay. Laure is adorable and very responsive, thank you again we will probably come back 😊

Hello Alain - a wonderful holiday in Barcaras has come to an end. As you can see from the rating, everything was great. Marie welcomed us very nicely and looked after us. Thanks to Marie. Since everything was in order in your house, I was very happy to replace the cups so that everything is in order.:-)For us 2 with dog, the house was suitable. Unusual for us Germans the small bed - but that is in the description. The interior is all top as described. The stairs are very steep, so you should be fit. The location - wow just great. THE view of the sea and the tranquility. But it was also pre-season and nothing was happening. Brioche our dog also gives a thumbs up and heart as a rating. Alain you have found and created a little paradise. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

small villa well equipped for 4 people with a magnificent view and a short walk from the sea. we went out of season and we enjoyed the calm of the surroundings. we recommend this accommodation.

House as described, clean and with all the comforts necessary for a short or long stay. Peaceful neighborhood. I would still recommend curtains, not being used to the opposite.

We had a pleasant stay, the house is very well equipped. The exteriors are perfect furnished, the pool is very nice and we loved the boulodrome. You can also go there with children, everything is there to allow them to have a great holiday. I'd be happy to go back.

We had a great week in Collioure. The house is somewhat up the mountainside from the city, and you have good opportunities to relax in and around the house. There are also good hiking opportunities up in the mountains. The house had many zones where you could relax and enjoy the sun and the view down towards the city. The air conditioning also helped keep the temperature in low even on hot days. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and practical. We often made dinner ourselves in the house. The host was also very helpful in making all the equipment, spices and other food available for us. The pool was often used for cooling on hot days. Otherwise it is just a short ride to the center of Collioure or Argeles-sur-Mer to enjoy the beach life and restaurants there. Uber and bolt were reluctant to drive up and one should be able to master some French language to connect with local taxi. Recommend having a car available. On the property there is a peacock, which can get something close. The hosts are very easy to deal with and help with everything.

Beautiful house, perfect for families with kids. We were three families with three children each. Beautiful fenced pool. Lots of toys, football goal, slide, swing, etc. Large super furnished kitchen. Large living space and nice comfortable terrace. We felt very comfortable. Guillaume was very nice and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend

This well hidden gem was everything we (10 guests) hoped for, and a lot more. Perfectly located in the mountains surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers and birds. The infinity pool, a big kitchen and 2 houses with super nice individual rooms. Dear Vicky and Chris really made a huge effort to make us feel at home in their ‘out of this world’ surroundings. Our warmest recommendations.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Anais and Laurent's house, one word: exceptional! The house is brand new and modern (functional and tastefully decorated). It fits perfectly with the photos. The pool is a real plus, being also very well appointed. Hosts are very kind and available (before and during the stay). Thank you so much, it was a pure relaxing time. Highly recommend and hope to come back for a future vacation.

A great house! We have enjoyed comfort and surroundings. Swimming pool with good sun loungers, nice seating and space for our mountain bikes. We regularly used the gas BBQ/Grill plate and sat delicious dining at the large table outside. The kitchen was clean and equipped with every comfort, large American fridge with ice maker, good dishwasher, Nespresso machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The living room was spacious, cool due to the air conditioning and had a lovely sofa! The bedrooms were also clean, with air conditioning and plenty of closet space. Bathrooms also clean and tidy. 5 min away from the lake, where we cycled, ran or walked or a drink and a bite to eat at one of the nice restaurants. With the sporting activities, the washing machine with large drying grinder was very nice. Bakery and supermarket are 5 minutes away by bike, large Intermarche 10 minutes away (by car). Florence is a very pleasant host and also Alex, Sahra and Anna are very nice and likeable.

Second stay at this property, once again just perfect. Clean house in a very quiet environment. We were able to enjoy the Christmas holidays in a spacious home. Thanks to Tatiana for her availability. We can't wait to see you soon.

We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely LOVED it. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described, the hosts were so kind, friendly, generous and responsive, the amenities were outstanding. We honestly couldn’t ask for more and will definitely be back. We swam every day in the pool, our daughter played on the trampoline and in the playhouse in the garden as well as in the games room. We were able to relax in the apartment when she went to sleep. It was a brilliant holiday, thank you!

We had a great time at Frack's place. He was available, very responsive and gave good advice, especially to help me find a kite class — a real plus! The house is great: spacious, clean, well-equipped, with large bedrooms and everything you need for a family stay (bed and baby seat available). It is located on the edge of the scrubland, which gives a feeling of absolute calm, like lost in the middle of nature, while remaining close to the village. Leucate is a 10-15 minute walk away with good little restaurants and a great bakery. The wild part of the pond can be reached in 5 min by bike (or 10-15 walk) for beautiful waterfront walks. The sea is a 5-10 min drive, whether to Leucate Plage or La Franqui. I recommend 100% for a family holiday, in a beautiful environment! Thanks again Franck, we should be back!

We were there with two families (teenage children) and had a very good time. Nice bedrooms, large TV and beautiful swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook well there. The house is in a very quiet suburb and you will need a car to go out and about. There is much to do in the area. We went to Collioure and Figueres and went for an afternoon of canyotels. Top vacation! Oh yes the communication with the owner Isabelle went very well.

Very responsive and pleasant host, very good communication. Well-equipped accommodation, and very conveniently located, overlooking Le Lydia and the beach. A stone's throw from the Christmas village and superb view of the fireworks from the terrace.

We came for the weekend as a family, and we had a pleasant time. Hyper responsive hosts before our arrival, clear instructions, good welcome. The house is large and we were able to enjoy the pool and the fenced garden. Not overlooked around the house. I recommend it.
