Great accommodation, just 9 minutes from the center of Teutônia on foot (3 minutes by car). Regarding security, the house has bars, but the city itself is very safe and quiet. Therefore, even if you don't have a garage, it's easy to park your car in front of the house.

It fulfills the promise: ideal is that it was close to banks, notary offices, markets, so I was able to get around without a car.
