The house is one of two residential houses on the plot. The hosts live in the other. There is natural privacy with its own garden and patio. Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is amazing and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and elk grazing in the field. At the back there is a large terrace where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Black House - Silent Nature

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.

Enjoy what Båstad can offer in this guesthouse in quiet villa neighborhood. The beach is at 5 min walking distance. If you want to get to the harbor, it is easiest by bike, takes about 15 minutes. Sheets , bath towels and final cleaning are included ! It is possible to charge the electric car at an additional cost . Note wifi is available but very unstable due to the forest around.
