Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Diese tolle Wohnung in Bad Boll ist in einer ruhigen Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Das Grundstück verfügt über mehrere kostenlose große Parkplätze am Haus. Sie lieben die Natur, dann sind sie hier richtig und können gemütliche Spaziergänge machen. Bad Boll hat einen Lidl, in dem sie bis 21 Uhr einkaufen können. Im Sommer gibt es ein Freibad oder auch ein Thermalbad welches immer geöffnet hat. Die A8 ist nur 5 min entfernt. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet.

The apartment is located in Auendorf, a small village of 500 inhabitants with a lot of nature. Less than 100 m from the edge of the forest, we have plenty of opportunities for hiking.
