Beautiful large Beach Front House

Enjoy waking up from any bedroom with a view of the ocean. Have your coffee on the balcony of your bedroom or downstairs in a large den full of Windows with ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that share a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. Downstairs has a wall of windows that also has an unobstructed view of the Ocean. The house is located in an upscale subdivision in Crystal beach. In Crystal beach you can rent golf carts to drive on the beach which is why I chose Crystal beach instead of Galveston.

BRAND NEW 3/2 gorgeous beachside home in the Sandpiper subdivision in Crystal Beach. Private beach access and big store are both a few minutes walk away! Perfect for families to experience ocean breezes and when returning from the beach, head to the outdoor shower to rinse off before the family chef curates a delicious meal using pots/pans inside or firing up the charcoal grill. Outdoor space includes plenty of seating around bar/firepit to enjoy the games and watch the romantic sunset/sunrise.

Spectacular beach front oasis steps from the beach. Breath-taking unobstructed views of both the ocean from the oversized cover deck and the bay from the back deck off the master. Bottom floor features covered parking, outdoor shower, picnic table and bar, a propane grill, and private access to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Linens and towels are included. 3 BR/ 2 Bth 1,200 sq. ft. sleeps max 4 adults 4 children. This is the ideal location for a birding getaway.

Grill on the open patio downstairs while watching TV and hosting guests at the enclosed bar. Listen to the waves while on the upper deck or resting in the front two bedrooms. Relax on the large wooden deck chairs or chaise loungers. Beach cart with beach umbrella and folding chairs provided.

Leave your worries behind and come relax. Great Family beach house on beach access road. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY, WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES. Drive out of the driveway and right down the road onto Crystal Beach. Awesome view from front porch. FENCED yard with great outdoor sitting area and private outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. Comfortable family room area to sit and visit or watch TV . The three bedrooms and two baths are perfect for a family weekend or week long stay.
