Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bolivar

We had an amazing stay here at Katya’s place. Nestled in the perfect location, we were minutes from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and more! We felt so safe with the amazing doormen working 24/7! They helped us reserve the rooftop pool and also ran our load of laundry after our boat days ⛵️🤿 We were a quick uber ride from Getsemaní, and visited multiple days for beautiful views and energy in the arts district. Western Union on Calle 35 was our quick and easy option for exchanging our dollars for pesos, without the crazy fees! If you like to be out and about and simply need a safe and comfortable place to chill and sleep at night (with a very strong AC 😍) we definitely recommend booking this quaint and cozy unit! You get exactly what you see, and Katya is super responsive.

El departamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, me encantó la vista, ya habíamos estado en otro departamento del mismo edificio y la verdad es que ya sabíamos las reglas del edificio y muy bien, la alberca súper limpia, me encanta que están al pendiente cuando entras y que no haya mucho desorden ya que es muy familiar el ambiente. El gimnasio básico pero agradable y espacioso. El departamento 10 de 10, con aires acondicionados funcionando perfectamente, lavadora y secadora que salvaron nuestro viaje, los 3 baños funcionando muy bien, amplios espacios y que las 2 habitaciones tengan vista al mar estuvo de lujo. Me hubiera encantado que en la sala de estar hubiera televisión para la hora de cocinar o compartir con mis amigas fuera más ambiente. Recomiendo mucho el lugar, la atención de Adriana fue estupenda, al salir del departamento se me olvidó un articulo e inmediatamente me contactó para decírmelo. Volveré y elegiría el mismo lugar .

C’est la troisième fois que nous venons en vacances au Morroscity et chaque fois nous repartons ravis de notre séjour Le logement 1904 est magnifique, bien meublé, bien décoré, de la belle vaisselle, tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, une véritable verrerie, un balcon bien situé avec tables et chaises pour tous. D’une propreté impeccable, la literie de qualité ajouté au confort des matelas font oublier les bruits de la rue. Ventilateurs dans les 3 pièces,électroménagers à la fine pointe et 3 appareils de climatisation qui fonctionnent très bien. J’ai vu plusieurs autres appartements mais celui-ci surpasse les autres!…De plus, comme il vente beaucoup à Cartagene, nous préférons habiter un condo plus petit qui n’est pas sur un coin. Il n’y a pas de lave-vaisselle mais de l’eau bien chaude dans la cuisine car certaines unités n’ont pas ce bénéfice.

Jorge es un excelente anfitrión, estuvo pendiente de nosotros antes y durante la estadía. El apartamento es impecable, muy lindo y tiene todo lo que necesitas. El edificio es lindísimo y muy tranquilo! Volveríamos a quedarnos aquí sin duda.

Lovely Location, nice balcony, spacious, clean and thoughtful design. Warm love of family with oodles of family photos, and a clear ocean and marine theme throughout the apartment. Julio responds quickly to any inquiries. I recommend Uber over any taxi that might be offered via the reception desk. Enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed here for 4 nights and made our Cartagena stay perfect. The roof top pool was the perfect place to escape the hot temperatures during the day and the location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay and while we could hear some of the craziness of Semana Santa. I was surprised that it was fairly quiet inside the apartment. We would stay here again for sure!

We loved staying at Morros city, the views are amazing, the pool was huge and never felt crowed, we were close to town, couldn’t of asked for a better place!

La casa es preciosa, tal como se ve en las fotos. Todo estaba limpio y muy bien cuidado. El condominium muy tranquilo, ideal para relajarse en familia. Teresa cocina delicioso fue muy amable y servicial. Esperamos volver en otro momento.

I really really enjoyed staying at this apartment for a longer period. The apartment has everything you need. The bedroom is amazing, the bathroom is everything you need, the living room is big and comfy and the kitchen is complete. The airconditioning was working perfectly which is very welcome after a hot day in the city. Also the swimming pool at the rooftop was a-ma-zing! The complex is very well guarded, the men who open the door are super friendly and made my stay. The apartment is located within the old centre which for me was the best option to stay in Cartagena. I could walk to everything and I felt very secure. The supermarket is very close which was very handy as well. I must say that this apartment is everything you need. The contact with Analucia was always very good and she responds quickly. I really really recommend this great apartment and would love to come back! Thank you Analucia!

Muy cómodo y completo. La ubicación es impecable, dentro de la ciudad amurallada. Fácil para moverse a pie. Una experiencia excelente, sin dudas recomiendo.

Fue la mejor desición que tomamos al reservar en esta casa, todo era perfecto , la casa es hermosa , su diseño fresco y el hecho de tener el mar en frente de la casa y poder aprovechar el atardecer era ideal . Las personas que colaboran son muy bellas personas, siempre serviciales y queriendo ayudar siempre Los anfitriones muy atentos a cualquier duda que se tuviera y siempre pendientes de todo . Muy recomendado y en definitiva pensaremos en volver .

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights for a birthday celebration getaway of our dear friend. This home is in the heart of a very festive and lively barrio and in walking distance to all the major must see attractions of old Cartagena. We decided to be spoiled and have our super yummy breakfast prepared in house for a great price. The super attentive staff Juan Carlos and Isolena won our hearts. This is a fantastic Airbnb and if it is available book it now you won’t regret it! We can’t wait to come back!

Con las fotos tan lindas la expectativa de llegar a la casa era gigante, pero debo decir que la casa es un lugar mágico que superó esa expectativa de lejos. Desde que llegas solo sientes paz, luego conoces a Lidis y Luis quienes con su alegría contaminan cada minuto desde que te despiertas. Nosotros compramos el pescado con Luis y lo cocinó Lidis, inigualable! Hicimos tour de plancton …. Simplemente mágico, fuimos a hacer snorkel donde vimos unas medusas divinas, kayak, Padel, yoga, pescamos con Luis, Alfonso y las hijas de Luis y Lidis. Para irnos Lidis nos dio un libro con la historia de la casa escrita por su dueña y en ese momento sientes gratitud inmensa por haber estado en este lugar del mundo tan increíble

Difícilmente podría uno encontrar un lugar donde uno esté más cerca Del Mar. La casa es sencilla, pero linda y encantadora. Tuvimos el placer de ser atendidos por dos señoras muy amorosas y consentidoras!

Empezando con el condomio, muy lindo. Cuidado. Mucha seguridad. Piscinas amplias, súper limpio todo. Increíble el acceso a la playa. Todo estupendo! El apartamento muy cómodo, excelentes camas, sábanas y toallas.

Stunning apartment with great ocean views, clean, spacious and bright throughout. Lots of space on both balcony's, located in a great place within the old city. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The check-in process and warm welcome are what stand out the most. Alvaro was most pleasant with his conversation and his helpful demeanor every time I saw him. The security that was in place always gave you peace of mind, and having a restaurant that serves excellent food with a luxurious pool was just icing on the cake. To have the opportunity to enjoy a great ocean view along with all of the necessary amenities that were inside the apartment makes this stay all worthwhile, and I will be back sooner rather than later. Thank you for an A+ experience, and I can not wait to enjoy all that Palmetto and the host Alvaro/Yolanda have in store for my next beachfront adventure.
