Santiago was always very responsive, the check in was very easy the lobby people was very kind and helpful the building is very clean the piscina beautiful and front beach spectacular, the apartment was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures showed, I will come back greatly recommend it.

Great stay, great responsive host

This place was so comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the stunning view of the water. It was close to shops, all the wonderful restaurants, park nearby for morning walk or jog. We felt very safe there. The WiFi was excellent! We worked while we were there. Place was just 10-15 minute uber ride to the walled city. Alejandra was very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Cartagena! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Ade was an exceptional host, very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the apartment had everything we needed. Yes it was a great place to stay, very convenient to go to the airport

Of all the places I have stayed at, definitely in my top 5. It’s a shame that the AC is quite so noisy but I understand this is common throughout the building. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable place.

My second time here because I had a great experience here before and once again this place was great. Hosts were very prompt , helpful , and responded quick. Easy to communicate with . Gave great local resturant recommendations and advice for Cartagena. Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view . Building has 24 hour security and don't allow outsiders in. Building has nice pool and gym . Had a wash machine and dryer in the condo which was a plus. The location was perfect . About 10 minute cab ride to Centro and 20 minutes to airport , and 10 minutes to boat excursions for the islands. or tours. Grocery stores , stores , and local restaurants are within walking distance in the Bocagrande neighborhood. Next time I visit this will be my first choice .

We were family plan 3 adults and my son, the stay was quite well, the apartment complied with everything promised and Sandra was a very kind host who explained everything very well when entering so much so that we did not have to communicate for anything in our time in the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The pools are excellent and the sea view is simply spectacular. What's more, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. An experience to repeat!

Resort-style amenities: The complex has outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, a children's play area and access to a beach 3. The cleanliness, the comfort of the facilities is incredible, perfect for going as a family a safe place I will return.

Nice spot, there a few small store next door wich make it easy to gather stuff to drink and eat.

Outstanding stay in Cartagena! Everything about this place was amazing — the view is breathtaking, the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and check-in was super easy. Special shout-out to Sra. Luisa, who was incredibly kind and attentive. I actually forgot my phone and she chased me down in the lobby to return it — seriously, she went above and beyond! Also, María, the host, was fantastic — always quick to respond and very helpful with all our questions. Fernando’s hospitality is top level and his responsiveness brought peace and calm to the overall experience. The hot tub was terrific. The space itself was very clean and everything else was right outside of the suite, like stores, banks, beaches, restaurants, etc. I foresee us staying with Fernando in the near future yet again.

The hotel is just like the photos, everything is new, very clean and organised, the pool is great because you can see that it is clean and they do daily maintenance, the agreement they have with the "Green" hotel for access to the beach with sun loungers and umbrellas is very good, it is worth walking those 300mts to get there, the staff are very friendly, they even helped us with recommendations to buy food and so on, the cleaning service is a plus, since they leave everything as new, super clean and organised, super recommended!
