Hyper center, in a Hausmannian building, close to everything (shops, cinema, museums, train station (10'), A20 highway (5'), bus (1')...), fully equipped one-room apartment, comfortable on the 2nd floor of an old service staircase (steep), bedroom/living room, kitchen, shower room and dressing room, modern decor. I live in the accommodation just above for any need or information during the stay. Rentals for illegal activities will be reported to the police and subject to prosecution.

Renovated stone house with a pleasant garden, located in Glanges in a cul-de-sac hamlet 2 km from the A20. Garden with trees, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue to relax. Two bedrooms: 2 queen size beds (160 x 200) and 1 bed 140 x 190, fully equipped kitchen, games area, desk. Easy parking in front of the house. No smoking allowed, pets not allowed. Housekeeping by you (housekeeping package €70 upon request). Numerous lakes and bodies of water nearby. All shops 5 minutes away.

Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

The SPA de l'Impasse

Le SPA de l’Impasse est un logement propice à la détente et à la relaxation grâce à son jaccuzi protégé par une pergola et son sauna intérieur. Vous pourrez également vous reposer dans le salon équipée de sa grande télé connectée ! L’appartement dispose d’une cuisine entièrement équipée (four/micro-ondes/plaques induction/bouilloire/ cafetière Dolce Gusto/grille pain et frigo) et d’un coin repas. Parking privatif devant le logement.

Notre chemin privé vous conduira à cette ancienne et très jolie maison de gardien, ouverte sur le parc arboré d’une ferme en rénovation. A 12 minutes de limoges et 2 minutes du centre de feytiat, profitez du calme de la nature. La nuit, le chant des chouettes vous bercera. Nous avons des poules, des abeilles, un âne, des chiens et des chats. Votre animal est bienvenu si il sait garder son calme… quelques vaches complètent le tableau.

This cottage is located in a charming village, Pierre Buffiere, 12 minutes from Limoges and 40 minutes from Brive, pleasant with garden and parking, it offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi. You can practice various activities in the surroundings such as fishing, hiking the 3 rivers. The house includes a bedroom upstairs, 140 bed, on the ground floor a 160 sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen provided.

Studio for 2 people

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.

La Pause de l'Ours "Garden Side"

La Pause de l 'Ours invites you to come and relax in its Gîte Côté Jardin. Take a break in the countryside and only 10 min from Limoges. Gite for 2 people ( Possibility of 3rd and 4th in a sofa bed, contact me). Living room with open kitchen, separate bedroom, shower room with shower and wc. WIFI. Linen provided. An umbrella bed is available. Landscaped garden, pond, on a 4-hectare property.
