We had the most wonderful experience at Bay Watch-3BR Beachfront Pool Villa during our stay. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and kind, always ensuring that our needs were met. Caretaker Bahadur went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and their warm, friendly demeanor made our entire trip more enjoyable. Whether it was helping us with our needs or providing useful local tips, they were always ready to assist with a smile. We are truly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Green, peaceful, beautiful, relaxing. We couldn't find words to describe the great time we had at Nawabie’s villa 34. Our only wish is I would like to stay longer. Many thanks for the welcome and numerous attention given by all staff. Cook and Caretaker were friendly and attentive . The pool was ideal and the house was thoughfully decorated.Gated complex felt very safe.The best part since it’s closer to Mumbai that makes it’s a perfect gateway. Thanks to Nawabie Hospitality team for making our stay memorable . Will visit again !

The villa is amazing and the caretaker and the host both are amazing. The entire crew is amazing everyone is super helpful and that makes the stay perfect. The food was amazing with alot of variety to choose from. The service was upto the mark and they take care of the privacy as well. This was my third visit to Sanjai’s place, and it was just as enjoyable as always. I’ve been here before with friends, but this time, I visited with family and our dog. It’s perfect for a relaxed getaway with either! Loved the walkable neighborhood and the beautiful sea views. The house is well-designed, with plenty of space indoors and great outdoor areas by the pool and terraces. The caretaker, Sitesh (Bobby) was very helpful and always available. My pet isn’t usually comfortable with other dogs, but PUBG, their dog, was so friendly that ours felt at ease too, which was heartwarming. Highly recommend this place for a quick getaway near Mumbai. The BnB does have a set of rules and a security deposit, but that’s what keeps it so well-maintained. Will definitely be back! ❤️

Our stay was an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their in house caretaker is an excellent cook and very attentive. Plus Satish was very responsive and an accommodating host.

Small, cosy and very welcoming! Took us about 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to the residential villas by Ansal in Shahpur from the Mumbai suburbs. The host wasn’t present but there was a caretaker to welcome us and the host has been in touch ever since the booking was made to the day of our stay, very prompt in replying. The house is warm and cosy with a lovely plunge pool very strategically placed in the patio for a lovely experience! Please make sure to inform the caretaker a day prior to your arrival, so that he can fill up the pool and keep it clean, there is a restaurant that delivers food till late at unbelievably cheap rates. P.S The locals there are very comfortable with Marathi, they do understand Hindi too

Our group had a great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was well-maintained, and the jacuzzi was a definite highlight for us. We appreciated Santosh, the caretaker, for being highly cooperative and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we would recommend this place. 5/5!

We stayed here just for a night to celebrate my birthday, and it was honestly such a beautiful, peaceful getaway. The entire place has a calm, serene vibe that immediately makes you feel at ease. Even though it was a short stay, we had an absolutely amazing time. Our stay experience manager, Hemant, was super responsive and always just a call away. And our caretaker, Manoj , was so warm and attentive ; truly on his toes throughout! He made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. A really sweet touch was the yummy cake arranged for my birthday , it made the day feel extra special. Also, the food here was absolutely delicious! Simple, homely, and cooked with so much care – we genuinely enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you for such a wholesome stay! I will definitely be coming back again.
