The house is close to the city, the university, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. The island is 3 km in circumference, has 200 households, 400 inhabitants. Detached cottage in fantastic Täljö - With private sauna! The house has a kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds. Large wooden deck with morning sun and daytime sun. The forest is just around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for nice barbecue evenings! 5-minute walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost for train about 3.5 Euro) TV with Chromecast. Free WiFi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and entertainment. Train station is about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. By car, it takes about 30-35 minutes. Free parking. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with combined washer and dryer. Double bed in bedroom. Sofa bed for two in the living room.

Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub on our jetty can be rented for one evening. Currently under repair. Available from 20/5.

Secluded Archipelago Retreat near Vaxholm

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.
