Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Ferienwohnung am Fuße der Gerlitzen, befindet sich in einem Nebengbäude , wovon ein Teil des großzügigen Gartens von unseren Gästen genutzt werden kann. Im Sommer nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strandbad sowie vielen weiteren tollen Ausflugszielen entfernt. Bei perfekten Schneeverhältnissen kann mit den Schi bis zur Haustür gelangen. Das Schigebiet ist ideal für Groß und Klein.

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Ein eigener Gartenbereich steht zur Verfügung, perfekt für ruhige Sommerabende oder Zeit im Garten mit der Familie. Der kostenlose Zugang zum Ossiachersee ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
