Beachfront holiday rental in Boca Raton

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Jenny responded quickly to any questions I asked and made sure we had what we needed. You can tell she makes her guests a priority!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

Very cute place. Be aware the beds are very small. And so are the room but still it’s a very cute little cottage vibes. Very close to the beach.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a great place to stay, was very low-key and we had the pool to ourselves pretty much the whole time. Place was exactly as described and clean. Definitely will book again

This was my third time staying at one of Lars' units, and once again, it was an outstanding experience. Lars is an extremely friendly, helpful, and proactive host who takes care of every single detail and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. This time, due to a change in plans, I arrived after my parents—and Lars made sure they had access to the unit without any issues, even allowing us to early check in. He also checked in multiple times during our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything else, which was incredibly thoughtful. The unit itself was beautiful, comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Every little touch reflected care and attention to detail. and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lars as a host. His hospitality made all the difference!

We had a beautiful stay. Great communication and very clear instructions for check-in/out. A fantastic host who has thought of everything you could want or need. We loved having a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available for the short walk to the beach! Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at kandazen

We had the most incredible stay at this luxurious studio near the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the comfort and style of the space—but what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking view of the lighthouse, visible right from the window. It was like something out of a postcard, especially during sunset. The private beach access was such a treat. We loved it so much that we ended up going down there several times a day—so often, in fact, that we actually lost the keys! Thankfully, our host, Amy, was absolutely lovely and incredibly understanding. She handled the situation with such grace and kindness, which made us feel completely at ease. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and a genuinely warm host, this is the place. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Bianca was a great host - proactive, always responsive, and just an all around delight to communicate with. The house was newly renovated with beautiful and tasteful finishes, accessories, and art. It was extremely clean and comfortable to live in. Everything worked perfectly and as advertised. We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks Bianca!

The place was exactly as advertised. The one thing they didn’t mention. Was the location go buy a bag of groceries and park your car you will not need it. It was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants shopping hotels great neighborhood, friendly people we will definitely be going back thank you again for hosting us David

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Denise’s 2BD/2BA Boca Bungalow was absolutely perfect for my wife and my 2 night stay in May - private, clean, cozy and conveniently located in easy walking distance to beach and restaurants and with on-site parking and a sunny & happy back yard.

Our family of four adults plus one toddler was extremely comfortable during our week long stay at this house. Bedding was comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bath. Pompano beach was a quick, easy 7 minute drive with easy affordable parking w lots of restaurants, playground and splash pad for our toddler. There were no crowds at all on the beach, no waits in the restaurants even without a reservation, but we went the week before Memorial Day. Weather was perfect. Ocean was a beautiful shade of emerald w gentle waves. The pool was warm w plenty of comfortable seating on the pool deck. Pool towels provided. Bath towels were big and fluffy. Kitchen had most gadgets needed to cook at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, and backyard was a quiet, private tropical oasis.

This was our first time staying in Deerfield Beach. Tom was so helpful in planning and promptly replied to any questions. This condo is in a quiet spot and 150 steps to beach. We hit Publix for groceries and only ate out once since the kitchen is so well stocked and made food prep easy. Beds were comfy and it felt like home. His House Manual was the best I've ever seen and so helpful. We spent our days at the beach and the one time we opted to eat out, was at Thick and Thin Pizza just a few minutes away. It is a local fav and now a must to return when we come back. We also bought souvenirs from Beach Comber off A1A, locally owned for 51 years. Great prices and customer service. A huge plus for the condo is having everything you need for the beach already there. We booked a snorkeling trip with Tracy in Boynton Beach which I highly recommend. I think it's under Ocean Rigs. This is another must for us when we come back. We plan to keep coming back!

We liked it so much we came back after our cruise. Perfect for relaxing and staying in or going out to the beach. Having 2 bedrooms was ideal with kids!

This was the most amazing Airbnb that we have ever stayed in for family of 5 adults. Every detail made our stay feel like a resort vacation. The communication and responsiveness was amazing! Every fancy item in the kitchen you would ever want including a nespresso machine, tons of pool towels, beach accessories, all high quality hair dyers, steamers, so many tvs, a speaker and even a bench and weight set. They literally thought of everything! The pool and outside seating areas made our stay even more perfect. We essentially lived in the pool! We didn't want to leave. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for an amazing kick off to our crazy summer!

We stayed at Derek’s house for almost 14 days and we all loved it. Such a beautiful home and even better in person than the pictures! The house had everything we needed and more. Perfect. Clean and beautiful home. Had everything we needed and more. Three generations stayed here with plenty of room and privacy. Walked across the street to a private, quiet beach. The pool and its area was absolutely amazing. Beach and pool gear was available. Towels in abundance. Grace responded quickly when we had any questions. She was great to work with. We would love to return here!

Another great stay at Kelly’s! It is the perfect location to walk to the beach and or walk to restaurants. We have stayed here 3 times and it is perfect for us. We enjoyed having the kitchen and everything we needed to make dinner. Kelly has everything you need for the beach including chairs umbrellas and a cooler. Parking is easy and very easy to use the washer and dryer. Great stay and can’t wait to come back.
