Living there was very comfortable. Electricity is included in the price, all the necessary equipment. Large balcony with amazing view. Beach seen from the apartment is open till 6 pm. As a guest of this apartment you can use a gym, pool and jacuzzi. Very clean and big enough. It’s worth it.

Very good beach option near Santo Domingo, just 30 minutes from the airport Complex with pool, restaurant and beautiful beach. The apartment is comfortable and pleasant with spectacular views

Great stay! Our family of nine enjoyed the top floor jacuzzi. Place was easy to find and host was super helpful and very responsive. I would recommend to anyone to stay here and would come back when in Santo Domingo. Nothing but great place and excellent host!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, convenient house. Manuel was a truly great host - friendly, communicative, and prompt to respond to any issue. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the house and get inside. We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

I stayed at this air bnb for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I felt like I was at home. It was so clean when I got there, he made the access to the apartment easy and safe. His generosity, communication and attention was above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Dominican Republic. Jessica was really kind and communicative throughout our stay. My favorite part about the space is the balcony. The view is beautiful from the bedroom. The ocean view is very serene.

I have stayed at Joseph’s place more than I can remember. It is completely worth it. Don miss out on this, it is a hidden gem. Barely a 10 min walk to the beach, a lot of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. The pool is huge and also the gym is great (All on the same floor). Also, the balcony is huge and perfect to relax outside with drinks or food. Apartment is comfortable, a great size and it literally feels like home. I of course will be back!
