We offer an apartment for 2 people, located on the outskirts of the city between Augsburg and Friedberg. There is also a sofa bed available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. You can walk to the train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) in about 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. There is a lot to explore culturally. Enjoy the comfort of a very cozy vacation home with 2 separate bedrooms on the upper floor, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful bathroom with shower, tub and Mediterranean tiles, towel dryer, etc. It is a spacious semi-detached house. You share the garden and parking spaces with the neighbors. Total space for 5 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds + 1 fold-out sofa for possibly 2 children). Dogs are allowed (plus a one-time €25 fee). Price includes linens and towels.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
