This cozy apartment is in the Swabian style. Two people, even with a child (2), will find everything they need for a break in a small space (also 3 adults+1 child). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, naturally warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200) downstairs, there is another bed (100 x 200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.
