Cozy little house close to the capital, in a quiet and safe area, with ample garden. It has a room with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a full bathroom, another room with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, another full bathroom, a kitchen and a large garden with a barbecue, a dining area, a playground and a parking space. Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Monday to Friday due to school and nearby works.

The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always available for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me before!!

A few minutes drive from Rozas Village, Ciudad Fin.Santander, Hospital Puerta de Hierro, Madrid Moncloa, Arguelles-city center, UAX, Fran de Vitoria, U.Europea. A car is absolutely necessary, and consider that the location is on interior streets that are not exposed.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Don't miss the Palacio del Infante Don Luis and its gardens located in the heart of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshing baths.

Enjoy the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and many possibilities right nearby for walking, cycling, or birdwatching in a wonderful environment. It has a terrace, an 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is good, there is a pool from June to October. Enjoy!
