Great location, close to everything. The place is very clean and comfortable, excellent value for money, I recommend it to everyone.

we were in Brazill for 4-1/2 months and this was, without doubt, the nicest apartment that we rented. Good neighborhood, big and spacious living area, good beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful and huge TV. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommended.

Well, the host Honorato is very attentive and flexible. The accommodation was surprising both for being in accordance with the photos advertised and for having a great location. Close to pharmacies, supermarket, convenience stores, next to the Recife mall, among many other important points of the city. There was nothing left to be desired. The apartment is brand new, and has all the necessary utensils and equipment. The structure of the Flat is wonderful. With a very nice hotel reception, it has a bar and breakfast service. I loved and recommend it too much! Lorena is super attentive, and kind. We love it!

The location was excellent! Having a supermarket in front of the building was very practical. There are several bakeries and the beach is a short walk away, as well as a shopping centre nearby, which was great. The only observation is that the entrance to the building is a little hidden.

The apartment perfectly fulfills what it promises and is great value for money. It's close to everything. Marília was an excellent host, always available to help, as well as being cordial and flexible regarding check-in and check-out. The experience is worth it!

The house was easy to find and has a good location, close to tourist spots and with a supermarket nearby. The other guests kept the shared kitchen organized and the host was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Although the individual accommodation was only one room, it was cozy and very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation! The house was completely clean, matched the photos of the place, impeccable space. The house houses the 14 people without leaving any uncomfortable, all equipped, not missing anything! From the beginning, I was looking for a PROPERTY in RECIFE-PE to STAY, with my FRIEND and his SON. I came across the PROPERTY of Mr. MANOEL, and I had a GOOD ENERGY. Since My First Contact With Mr. Manoel, it seemed like he had known him for ages. It was a very pleasant STAY. Spacious apartment, where you can move around comfortably. A good balcony in the apartment, excellent for reading a good book. Very close to the beach. PHARMACY In front of the BUILDING. Supermarket a few METRES away. HORTIFRUT. BUS and TAXI stop IN FRONT of the BUILDING. AIRPORT Within walking distance, a few minutes' walk. It has all the HOUSEHOLD utensils for a GOOD stay. The São Atenciosos entrance. I/FRIEND and his SON, We really enjoyed staying in the SPACIOUS APARTMENT of Mr. MANOEL. I recommend it.

Eugênio was an excellent host, allowed us to check in early and always responded quickly and diligently! The space is excellent and meets the needs of guests well, very clean and well equipped with the essentials for the stay.

The unit had very friendly local team that helped us with house chores. The unit has most of the appliances required to cook and do the dishes, as well as wash your clothes. A good amount of linen, towels, silver and dinnerware is available, so you can enjoy your day without concerns for additional tools or purchases. The location is amazing, close to one of the main Shopping Centers in Recife, and on top of Boa Viagem beach. Additionally, it is close to the airport and main roads, allowing for easy mobility. Two points caught my attention: the lack of a microwave oven, which can be a dealbreaker for younger generations and limit quick meal options; and the possibility to easily accommodate more guests, while limited to six people. The unit is huge, with a massive living room, and all three rooms have space to spare. There are additional accommodations which could be used, if the host desired to offer them. Anyone interested in renting this unit is in for a treat.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible on check-in and the apartment was adjustable, well clean and equipped. It wasn't the first time we stayed in it and it certainly won't be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Only one detail I would like to mention is with respect to air conditioning, I believe that the weather would be more pleasant after a cleaning in the filter. It cooled reasonably, it didn't bother you, but it could perform better. Overall we like it a lot <3
