IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple building, iconic, landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and may have a yellowish color. Comfortable, decorated and equipped microloft, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen, with a microwave, coffee makers, electric griddle and refrigerator. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar Shopping Centres with free locks.

Our building IS WATERFRONT. WE ARE FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULES. Our water is from well, but is tested and APPROVED for use. I offer mineral water at will. We have absolutely all kinds of commerce and services you can imagine, on the block, all 4 min. foot. On our sidewalk we have 2 renowned Bar restaurants and 1 cafeteria Bike Itaú, beautiful square with playground for children and pets. There is NO garage, but all the streets here are free and safe, with traffic and security cameras

Flat is on the eighteenth floor with sea view. The building has a fitness center, swimming pool, restaurant and parking space. Excellent location. The apartment has a bedroom (queen bed, TV, air conditioning and fan), living room (sofa bed, TV, internet, air conditioning) and kitchen (dishes, cutlery, glasses, water purifier, sandwich maker, blender, microwave, two mouth cooktop, minibar, thermal cooler and Nespresso coffee machine).
