The approximately 150 square meters large and thus very light-filled loft apartment with a gallery is situated in a detached house in a quiet yet central city location near Hönigschmidplatz. The decor is tasteful, modern and high quality (Rolf Benz leather sofa set, modern solid wood cabinets), new high quality fitted kitchen, large bathroom with tub, separate toilet, parquet and stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for sharing is found in the cellar. Due to the large kitchen and generous living room, it is very suitable for groups for up to 6 people. The apartment is centrally located in the district of Munich Grosshadern / Laim. A very good residential area with a short distance to all amenities of daily use (50 m supermarket, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, 120 m drugstore, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The very bright, quiet loft is on the 2nd floor of a family home (of course with a separate entrance). Next to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four comfortable beds. Large kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, wide ceramic hob, microwave, oven, table with 6 chairs, dishes, coffee maker, cooking utensils, kettle, toaster ... Ein Tiny house im münchener Westen. Wir vermieten ein ca. 14m² großes Gartenhaus in unserm Garten. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Bad mit WC und Dusche, in der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und Herdplatte. Schlafen kann man auf einem Schlafsofa ca. 1.60m breit. Ein Stück des gemeinsamen Gartens kann mit genutzt werde. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 50m entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw. in 20 Minuten am Starnberger See.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. U6 and various bus connections directly in front of the front door, direct connection to Theresienwiese with the U6, a one-room apartment. Separate kitchen, separate bathroom. Two people can sleep on the bed and at least one on the couch. The apartment is on the 9th floor. You will have a wonderful view.
