The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). Our small apartment is a cozy retreat with a lot of love for detail. It is a cute little nest and very bright, cozy and practical. A place to arrive, rest and feel good. The apartment is reachable by using its own staircase. And has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as its own bright bathroom.
