Great communicator, helpful and provided good recommendations of what to do and see in the area. Coffee machine was also excellent!

We arrived one day later than we had originally planned and Ilona was so kind to allow a late check-out on the next day, so there was no stress with the appointments we had in Alimena. The place itself is really nice, it's one room per floor, bedroom 1 on the ground floor, kitchen and bathroom on the first and bedroom 2 + terrace on the second floor. The second bathroom is in the cellar. It looked nice but we didn't use it. Our impression of Alimena was very good, great views, a picturesque village and very friendly people.

A heads-up: as clearly mentioned in the description, this house is about stairs: you need to be comfortable with them. And now the crescendo: the location is a 5-star one, it does not get any more down-town than this, everything is within a short walk. The apartment is a 5-star plus. Comfortable, perfectly climatized, well lit, spic-and-span clean and possibly the best furnished we ever rented (it has everything one can think of and then some). The hosts are a 6-star couple not just because they are proactive, attentive and responsive but because, as the thoughtfulness they put in furnishing the house shows, they actually care. The bottle of wine and the home-made cake one is greeted with are just the icing on the ‘cake’. The final 10 stars: the impeccable business ethics. We had a small mishap due to directions they gave us, and they took care of it without even us having to mention it. You will be in very good hands with them.

Book it! Rest, nature, the garden that is so beautiful, good food, sounds and silence that make you at ease… and way more. Anne is very helpful, the communication is 10/10. We were here for a week and we would recommend it to everyone. A true treasure.
