Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Panoramic Ocean and Royal National Park views

With breathtaking panoramic views overlooking Jibbon Beach and the Royal National Park, this private and fully renovated 2-bedroom (queen beds) holiday home is the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing holiday by the sea. Jibbon View is located just 200 metres above Jibbon Beach. There are no street lights, noisy neighbours or loud cars - just the beauty of the Australian bush, with its spectacular native birdlife and ever-restful sound of the sea below. This is a truly special location.

Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.

A 5 minute walk to both Killcare beach and the cafes and restaurants of Hardys Bay in a secluded yet central location on the edge of the National Park with beautiful beach, bay and bush views. Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. "Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
