Definitely a quiet neighborhood not a city vibe. This level is cool year-round ~ 70 degrees. Perfect in summer. NO CLEANING - just leave used towels in the shower. Best for 1 or 2 who prefer a larger space or small family. Private entrance.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are one short bus ride to the light rail, which can take you to downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul. We are within walking distance of St. Thomas and Macalester colleges, and 4 miles from the University of Minnesota.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
