The host is an artist so the place is eclectically decorated. We had fun playing pickleball on the nearby court which was also set up for tennis and basketball

Great stay overall! We had 16-18 people and the property slept us all comfortably with plenty of space to eat and relax. Much cleaner than other places we have stayed as a group. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub! We would love to come back.

We wanted a place where we friends visiting town could make dinner together and watch movies until late and then crawl straight into our own beds. It was everything we needed! Kitchen had all the tools. Throw blankets on the bed are so cozy!

Perfect End-of-School-Year Getaway! This home was absolutely perfect for a quick end-of-school-year getaway with my kids! The hosts went above and beyond—even creating a small and thoughtful scavenger hunt for my two young kiddos, which they absolutely loved. They were so entertained, they didn’t even want to leave the house! Although the weather was too chilly for us to enjoy the pool, we had a great time exploring Bloomington and taking advantage of the amazing amenities the hosts provided. It was a memorable trip, and I’m already planning to return soon. Highly recommend these wonderful hosts!

Great stay, just had a little trouble finding it but that’s not the hosts fault just a long day on my side. Loved all the extra touches she provided and she was easy to get in touch with.

Absolutely wonderful for families - lots of room for everyone! My kids loved the pool! Lots of thoughtful extras - the snacks in the kitchen were so nice after a long travel day. You can tell they want you to feel at home.

Barbara and Alan were super sweet when they greeted us. They showed us around and where everything was. Loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies left for us!

We loved our stay here. The house has so many rooms, we could have fit more. The different locations of the rooms was great for multiple families. The backyard was the biggest hit (the second was the hot tub) - with multiple playgrounds and lots of room, our kids spent most of the time out there. The dining area had plenty of room and chairs. The host was so friendly whenever we saw him. We would definitely have a reunion here again!

Great place to stay for graduation weekend at IU. The pictures of this home don’t do the place justice! We all thought this place was gorgeous and super clean. The location was peaceful and a 20 minute drive to campus. The bedrooms are large and beautifully decorated, the only thing missing is full sized mirrors. Would definitely stay here again!!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful place. Just the peace and quiet we needed. They had everything we could need or want. Such a wonderful, generous host. Best bed ever! They get everything right!

I had a wonderful stay in this adorable home. It was the perfect size for one or two people and had everything I needed. The back yard was especially beautiful thanks for Maureen’s flowers and care for the yard. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Maureen was an excellent host and had great communication. She was incredibly responsive to a small issue and it didn’t cause me any trouble at all.

My husband, adult daughter, and I stayed at Mary Claire’s house Friday night through Sunday this weekend (June 13 - 15, 2025) while moving our 22 year old son to Bloomington. We loved the house. It had everything we needed, including coffee for the mornings. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary supplies. My husband said several times “this house is so cute.” The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I was looking for a place that I could park a fully filled U-Haul at on Friday night and not worry about it getting stolen (which I have read is a big problem at hotels). The driveway fit the 15 foot U-Haul and mine and my daughter’s two mid-size SUV’s. The driveway was very private, with a small out building in the back, house on the left, and a shrub line along the right. Once our cars were parked, we couldn’t even see the U-Haul when It was dark. The house is very convenient to many restaurants.

This house perfectly fit the 4 of us! It was so clean and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed and was close to everything we did in town! The neighborhood was great and in such a peaceful area! I recommend trying out the porch swing and soaking up some Vitamin D. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are a small group looking to stay overnight or a short weekend! Lori was always quick to respond and the communication was always immediate for anything we needed! Check this place out if you can!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for a long long time. It felt like a brand new home and It was very easy to check in and felt absolutely spotless upon arrival - like truly it was so clean. It was perfect for a big group- 13 girls. Plenty of space, air mattresses, cozy living room. The kitchen was also wonderful to gather around! We were able to walk around the beautiful neighborhood and enjoy evenings together at home. Lovely, responsive hosts and a gorgeous home! Thank you x1000

We came for my son’s IU graduation and we had a great time. This is the BUSIEST weekend in Bloomington so all reservations are done at least 12 months in advance and every place is overpriced including rentals, hotels, restaurants, etc and you are happy if you can get a vacancy. We booked several months in advance. It was very easy to communicate with Joseph, he is very friendly and responsive. My daughter arrived a bit earlier and checked in the house. She texted me that there was dog hair on the floor and furniture. Since the place is pet friendly, i expected that this might be an issue. Joseph was very resourceful and responsive, he asked someone to come by and clean the floors the same evening. While it was not perfect, I appreciated Joseph’s willingness to fix the issue and resolve it right away.

Chad was very proactive and responsive to any questions we had. Great home, great amenities, would stay here again!

We stayed here for my daughter new student orientation at IU. It was so close to campus we probably could have just taken the bus instead of using our car to get there from the house. Beds were not as comfy as at home but they were clean and the rooms were spacious. I really appreciated having a desk to work at. There was a bit of road noise so not a quiet retreat but great if you need to have easy access to the university. Would stay here again.

The place was fantastic! It was nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was new and updated with a lot of space for gathering. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying here for our wedding weekend and it was gorgeous! Our photographer even said her job was 10x easier with all the natural light and beauty. Bryant was super responsive and left all sorts of cozy amenities, making it an extra special weekend. Hope to come back soon!

This place was perfect for my husband, daughter and parents for the other daughter's graduation. Location is great, close to town and campus but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious, everything we needed and the hosts were so accommodating. We really couldn't have asked for anything more! Would recommend 100%.

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. It was awesome! We had a welcome party for our out of town guests and it was the perfect place. Kerry was a great host who got right back to us with any question we might have. We Highly recommend staying here!
