Fantastic stay in Nashville. Perfect setting for us in the heart of Nashville. Most of our desired shop and diner visits were walking distance. Fantastic and friendly restaurant down below too. Amazingly we did not see all that we wanted in Nashville. We really enjoyed our visit and will do it again!

We visited Bloomington for two nights during graduation weekend and booked the bnb just 40 mins before arrival! Cyndi was very responsive and accommodating, calling to explain the apartment setup (adjoining unit to the main house with a private entrance) before welcoming us with a bottle of wine. The apartment comfortably housed three: a king bed for my parents and a futon-bed for me. It features a spacious bathroom (accessible from living room and bed room), high-quality bathroom linens, well-equipped with a coffee bar and crockery, tons of board games, ping pong, and convenient carport parking with an EV charger. There's a lovely garden shared with hosts, who gave us a great tour. Deer sightings are common! Although hosts have pets, they respected our comfort and kept pets away. Privacy was excellent, with clear instructions throughout the space. Would absolutely stay here again! 5/5.

My son stayed at Kelly's place while visiting IU Bloomington. He felt safe, comfortable and had everything he needed for his 2 night stay. It was much more affordable than the hotels in the area and closer to the school than other options we looked at. I was grateful to find this gem and would definitely book again! Kelly was a friendly and helpful host, which made coordinating the stay easy and pleasant.

We had a great stay at Tandhy & Teresia’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Everything matched what we expected and more. The hosts were phenomenal—friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Their communication was timely and helpful, which made our stay smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend booking with them if you’re looking for a reliable and pleasant Airbnb experience!

I cannot say enough good things about this space! Our hosts thought of every single detail. The place was impeccable. Clean, functional, with a fun and cheery aesthetic - plus the location is perfect. We walked to town every day and had access to the best dinners and cafes. We will be back!

My husband and I and our one year old had the most amazing stay at the Barn Burner. The Airbnb was stocked up on everything you could need and it was right in the center of town. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Hunter Bloomington is the perfect location for any IU weekend stay—clean, convenient, and close to all the action.

The place was beautiful and very quiet we only spent one night there but it was well worth the trip only a few minutes from downtown Brown County..

Her studio was great. Well equipped and clean with a short drive into town. She was very accommodating and responsive and would absolutely recommend her beautiful property.

Pros: Excellent location, very walkable to college and surrounding area, across the street from grocery store, ample parking, great space for up to 3 people. Cons: Bedroom was a bit hot since air conditioner was in living room only, shower is very small.

We booked Kristian’s place for our daughter’s graduation from IU. The trip was perfect. The unit is brand new and spotless. Kristian was so responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this AirBnB for any stay in Btown.

It was perfect for us just in Bloomington for the IU game. The only issue we had was we found the lock hard to deal with & the numbers on the lock don’t light up once you hit the first button. Hard to see @ night. Rachel came over & helped us with the lock

Peter and Suzanne are great hosts! Easy to get in contact with, had clear instructions, and the location is in a great spot to get away from the noise. Big plus for the hot tub and the continental breakfast ◡̈

Last second trip and booking, and it was well worth it! The place is amazing and the history is incredible. Not to mention within 10 minutes of downtown Nashville. Nice relaxing place to be close, but far enough away for peace and quiet!

Property was accurate to description and photos online. Couch should not be considered as sleeping option for adults.

Brooke was a very responsive and helpful host! She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything, and the place was just as described. Off street parking was a plus, and it was close to everything/walkable for our weekend. Highly recommend!

Overall it was great place and served its purpose … Great gathering space but for 8 people to hang out in the common area it could use more seating. I would recommend this over separate hotel rooms for a group traveling together !
