Cottage holiday rentals in Block Island

Great house for our girls weekend. Jamestown is so cute and we decided to eat out for the weekend but the kitchen was stocked if we’re to stay in. SteveO is a great host and great communicator. The hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This house was the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful stay with our three young daughters. The grounds were in beautiful bloom during our time which made all of the outdoor time even more enjoyable. From the large yard, to the hot tub and the fire pit we enjoyed staying at the property as much as exploring the area. I appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the high quality bedding. Would love to return during the summer when the pool is open and the patios were all ready for the warm weather.

We had a wonderful stay at Leann’s! The home was absolutely lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Leann was a great host, and we truly can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Wow!! The perfect peaceful getaway that is close to everything!! Tucked away off the road the house is quiet with a beautiful yard. The interior is both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted. Andrew is a great host and an excellent communicator. We only wished we could have stayed longer!! The question isn’t will we come back, it’s simply when!

Absolutely loved the house on the lake. So well appointed, super clean, kitchen was totally equipped and the surrounding was beautiful and quiet. We highly recommend!

My stay at the lake house was perhaps my greatest experience at an Airbnb so far. It was our wedding weekend and the girls got ready there in the morning and hubby and I relaxed there afterwards. The incredible thoughtful touches, the care Talita and Vinny took to go the extra mile and make sure we had a pleasant time, our stay here was beyond perfect. Beautiful place on the water. Quiet, off the beaten path neighborhood. Super clean and comfortable!

The cottage is located on the same property as three other rentals, a large house and two smaller once. Depending on how many of them are occupied, privacy can vary. During our stay the two smaller homes were rented as well. Unfortunately the backyard is not completely fenced, but there was on piece of fence that allowed us to block the one open spot, so our dogs didn’t run away. The cottage is big enough for two adults. The bathroom is fairly small, but is enough for a short stay. The living room and the kitchen are adjacent and are nice for cooking or spending time when you are not discovering Newport and the surrounding area. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet spot after a long day of discovering Rhode Island, Martha Vineyard, Block Island and many other beautiful places.

We really enjoyed our stay in the doll house. The proximity to the beach was perfect. They made everything easy by providing beach towels and beach chairs. The hosts are incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I’m bummed that we missed the breakfast and the wine and cheese hour but we will definitely be back again! Thank you for a great stay.

We love it here! So peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful views of the lake and loved the walks and kayaking! This was our third stay. Jasmine and Jason are great hosts. There was an issue with the Keurig, and they came and replaced it with a brand new one the next day! Thank you Jasmine and Jason for a great stay!

This is our second time staying at this home, and we love it! The location next to Mansion Beach is a big selling point for us. Hands down best beach in RI. Thank you for another great stay.

We loved our stay and would definitely return. Getting in was easy and communication with the hosts was smooth. The cottage is on a main road next door to a spa and shares a parking lot, but it was quiet and felt private. The location is very convenient to Westerly and Watch Hill. It was easy to get around and everything you might need is near by (restaurants, groceries, CVS, Starbucks and Dunkin). The place is very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and we felt very comfortable. My husband wished there was a couch, but the tv turns towards the bed or the two comfy papasan chairs. There is a large gap between the wall and the mattress, so we used the two poufs and some pillows as a backrest, and that worked great. We planned to go to the beach, but it rained. I booked a facial at the spa (discount provided for cottage guests), and it was amazing. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great stay at Hope's. The property is serene - quiet at night and during the day filled with birdsong and overlooks a pond. The house is well-equipped with new appliances. We were able to house three children and four adults comfortably for a long weekend stay. We had a car, which allowed for a 10 minute drive to town. She also provided beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards, which was appreciated.

My sister, dog and I stayed at the cottage for the weekend and had a great experience! Erika is a wonderful host and the property is beautiful. The cottage itself was exactly as pictured. Breakfast in the inn, cooked with natural and organic ingredients, is an absolute must. The location of the inn is great as well, with direct access to the Lantern Hill trail (which our dog loved) and only a short drive from downtown. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We highly recommend anyone coming in out of town to stay at this cottage. It’s super cozy, private, and welcoming! It’s right by the water and it’s very quiet which we loved. In addition, there are also some great under-the-radar coffee shops close by. If we come back to MA, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Mary’s place was great! Everything was clean, the place was walking distance to the beach, and it was the perfect size for 2 people. Would stay here again! Note: Make sure to bring your own shampoo and body soap. It says on the listing that soap is included but when we arrived there was only hand soap and nothing for the shower which wasn’t a big deal since we had packed some.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was immaculate and beautifully appointed. Dishes, utensils etc were top of the line. For its size the place is very efficient and overlooking the water. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to small town of Galilee. Host was also very responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend and am already planning to go back

Will be back! Cutest spot- both inside and outside were impeccable. Felt very private and was short drive to anything you need. The 2 bathrooms were great for our family, can’t wait to visit again! Really comfortable beds and enjoyable pool and backyard for all.

We had a great stay here! Loved house and decor! Being right across the street from the beach was perfection! We look forward to staying here again! The hosts are friendly and respond right away! Their family owned cafe is delish!

The house was great. Perfect location. The house is decorated beautifully. Perfect for a small group or family. Right across from Long Beach. If you don’t know the Hamptons, this is a big deal. To park at any beach, you need to have a parking permit only issued to home owners. A lot of people come out thinking they will spend their weekend at the beach and get very frustrated when that can’t happen. This location is perfect because you can walk to the beach, no sticker or parking needed and it’s the Bay which is much better for children.
