Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The tiny home is really quaint and lovely. We brought our own food and mainly used the BBQ for cooking. The king sized loft bed was super comfortable - we had the best sleep. The views from the tiny house are amazing. Our first day was sunny, and about 50 metres to the left of the house, we saw about 5 koalas and two echidnas. On our last day, a koala was snuggled in the tree above our hire car (we highly recommend hiring Russ’ Suzuki JIMNY!). The first night, we used the fire pit which was great. Unfortunately our the rest of our visit had rainy weather with gale force winds - which meant we were at the house for most of our stay and didn’t go hiking/fishing/exploring. We found the house warm enough for adults, but had to use the aircon a lot for our 3 month old baby - which meant we ran out of power twice. Being so cold and windy - we also weren’t brave enough to use the outdoor bath! Had the weather been better, it would have been perfect.

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and the view from the Glasshouse was simply stunning - such a wonderful place to have a glass of wine! Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming—check-in was seamless. It's clear they put a lot of care into creating a great experience for their guests. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’m already dreaming about coming back!

A party of six of us stayed in the house. Tracey was responsive and met a need before we even stepped foot into the house. It was as described on the listing, as well as being clean, spacious and uncluttered. The floor split system was easy to use and cooled the house on a hot evening. Fans in all the areas were also beneficial. The location puts you with easy access to the Mornington Peninsula for activities, as well as an hour's drive to Phillip Island in the opposite direction. Many stops along the nearby river as well. I'd happily return.
