It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

House at the summit of the Kömmelgupf near Bleiburg. Surrounded by forest and a 2.5-hectare meadow. The perfect place for the kids to really let off steam. In winter, sledges are provided, and in summer there is a small but lovely playground. In the morning, you will be awakened by the birdsong, and the entire green area will also be available to you (camping with a fire pit, barbecuing, having breakfast outside). Free Wi-Fi is available, as not all mobile phone plans have full reception.

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.
