The accommodation offers a nice ceiling height, a solid oak floor, 2 comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room, an equipped open kitchen, a modern bathroom and toilet. Wi-Fi included - Baby cot upon request. Everything is in place for a practical, pleasant and good location.

Charmant duplex de 85 m² dans un quartier calme à 5 minutes (en voiture) du centre ville du Puy-en-Velay, également desservi par les bus (ligne 4 ). Nous occupons l'autre partie de la maison pendant votre séjour (entrées indépendantes). Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Parking gratuit et privé à côté de la maison. Idéal pour un couple et jusqu'à 4 personnes (un lit double + 2 matelas d'appoint dans espace commun). N'hésitez pas à demander à loger pour une nuit, c'est parfois possible.

Il est impératif de posséder un smartphone, l'entrée à l'arrivée se fait avec un QR code. Studio indépendant dans maison équipé d'un lit double (en 140), d'une cuisine et salle d'eau . A 10 min en voiture du Puy-en-Velay et à 5 min de la ZI de Blavozy-St Germain. Le village propose une boulangerie, une supérette un bar tabac et un bar restaurant. Propriétaires d'un chat peureux et de poules en semi-liberté, nous ne pouvons accueillir vos animaux.
