Available May 1 - Sept 30 Here you live in the countryside with a horse pasture nearby and a lake view from the balcony. Kitchen area on the lower floor with dining area for 4 people and sofa bed for 2 on the lower floor. Upstairs in the loft, there are 2 single beds, windows on each side and low ceilings. There is an exit to the balcony on the back where you can sit and have breakfast with a view of the lake and sunrise. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water. A combustion toilet in the outhouse and sink with hot/cold water. Barbecue area is available.

It is a beautiful environment where you are happy to take walks, a bike ride or swim in Mälaren. The magazine is secluded from the host's residence, with its own driveway. Come and enjoy peace and quiet, or visit all the exciting sights of Mariefred or Strängnäs.

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only one hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. On the farm live the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dog Isa, the Walliska Svartnos sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa as well as the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

Own boat and free fishing in the lake, swimming in the lake from a raft or boat (not possible directly from land). Sometimes guests in othe house on the farm uses the same lake. Sauna by the lake that can be rented. Large terrace facing south furnished with dining area, sun loungers and barbecue. WIFI included. Plenty of moose, deer, roe deer and wild boar as well as a rich bird life.

It is an indescribable feeling to wake up early in the morning, have a cup of coffee, sit on the balcony and watch nature wake up. Breathe fresh air that is still a little humid after the night, listen to birds, and enjoy nature. In the living room there is a fireplace for heating during chilly autumn and spring.
