The cabin is surrounded by nature’s beauty and Big Reed Island river flows only feet from the front porch. Set on 32 acres, the cabin has a large porch with rocking chairs perfect to enjoy views of the river & mountains. New addition includes an outdoor shower! Please expect no internet, a TV for DVD/CDs only and limited cell reception. Truly unplug & relax.

Unwind in a spacious tiny home on a working farm with vegetables, herbs, fruits, dairy goats, sheep, and chickens. Enjoy the views, farm fresh food, local hiking and swimming holes, or if it's cold, cozy up by the wood stove! We offer sliding scale farm-to-table dinners on weekends. We love sharing our farmstead with guests and also understand if guests prefer tranquil time to themselves. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. There will be cold beverages in the fridge for you if you would like. **This is for a 1 bedroom basement studio with private entrance, 1st floor is occupied by the host or tenant.

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023).
