Easily the best place that we have stayed. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything. Hot tub is amazing after long days out, the sauna is very great for relaxing and very spacious compared to others. The property is extremely clean and spacious. David generously allowed for an early checkin and also gave us an extra hour on our checkout day. I would 100% recommend staying here. We would have extended our stay had the date been available. Oh and the piano is a great touch!

Beautiful lodge, with everything we needed. Amazing place to spend Christmas, so relaxing and just what we needed. Can’t fault anything and would love to return ☺️

The house is definitely home from home vibe! It was brilliant for all age groups and would definitely return. The house is absolutely spotless, even had hoover lines in every room. Adam is a great host and communicates back promptly. I would 100% recommend staying here! The hot tub was a hit for all the family too!

This was great for us staying here, it was quiet, and the house is so well specked.. it’s right by the Liverpool and Leeds Canal and a short walk into the centre of town. Parking was easy, so if you need to visit or work in Wigan definitely come here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge. It was stunning—bright, spotless, and beautifully presented, with lovely surroundings that made it feel like a real retreat. We especially enjoyed the chickens wandering nearby (the hosts are happy to help you feed them if you ask!). The hot tub and amenities were perfect, and the extra touches from the hosts—like providing fresh eggs and bread—were really thoughtful, even though we’d brought our own supplies. All in all, a fantastic and relaxing stay—we loved it and we’d definitely come back!

Nash lodge really is luxurious with everything you need at your finger tips, the very large decked outside area looking over the most beautiful countryside in the sun listening and watching the animals is just delightful, myself and my two young sons loved it and didn’t want to leave. The hot tub with the built in roof top twinkly stars at night was the cherry on top. King size beds were both super comfy. Kitchen with the island was both beautiful and practical. I found the lodge extremely peaceful and relaxing. Thank you to Andrew, Elouise but especially Lyndsey who was our own personal superhero to the rescue when my son had an unexpected nose bleed. Thank you and we hope to see you all again soon.

Beautiful cabin & great care to detail. The scenery & surroundings were stunning. The Tolkien Trail was every bit as amazing as I imagined. The hot tub was much welcomed after a days walking. Good at the local, Shireburn Arms, was exquisite. Thanks to wonderful host Barry.

Really enjoyed our stay, the views of the lake was peaceful and calming. Only advice I would say is make sure to bring bug spray as once it starts getting dark they’re out in force. But that’s not a complaint as we still loved our stay

Maaz was a great host and the place was lovely! It’s exactly like the pictures, if not better. My girls and I had a great time and this place was perfect for a little getaway to relax and sit back!

lovely remote stay, great for me and my wife on our honeymoon. The hot tub was great and the check in was very smooth. the restaurant at the top of the road was lovely too, and all-in-all it was a great place to call home for a week.

Great for a relaxing stay, clean tidy good pub 5 minute walk away ,great walks in the area ,loved the hot tub.

I recently stayed at a charming log cabin on Bazley Street in Bolton, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The cabin is a perfect little get a way and waking up to horses was an added bonus! Jason was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and eager to ensure my stay was perfect. We shall be retuning in the future :)
